The photographs quietly echo the space she inhabits\u2014or, perhaps more poignantly, the absence of space truly her own.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"965\">After his acclaimed photo series <em data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"499\">Dad: On His Search for H\u00fcseyin<\/em>, which followed a journey with his father along over 2,000 kilometers of Mediterranean coastline, Olga\u00e7 was often met with a question: <em data-start=\"635\" data-end=\"699\">Where is your mother? Why has she never appeared in your work?<\/em> While his father saw photography as a hobby, it was his mother who urged him to follow his dreams\u2014possibly because her own were left unexplored.
